Responsibilities- Work closely with Project Managers and Engineers to produce quality drawings.
- Make drawing edits based on mark ups from client and/or Engineers.
- Create and/or modify base drawings.
- Be relied on as a productive team member and CAD user to work a typical set of project documents from beginning to end with professional quality output that conforms to company or client standards.
- Be able to work on multiple projects at the same time.
- Follow CAD standards and process.
- Required Credentials.
- Ability to work well both independently and as a team
- Attention to detail, quality work products, and client service
- Experience with MS Office 365 (Email, Excel, Word), PDF editing (Acrobat and Bluebeam)
- Experience using Navisworks or Revizto is also a plus
- This position requires proficiency in Bentley Software Open Buildings Designer (Connect Edition), Revit, Piping Modeling and Piping Layout, and not required but beneficial Plant3D Software.
Posted Salary Range: $58,200.00 - $90,900.00

The base salary range for this position is $58,200.00 to $90,900.00; though will be paid hourly based on hours worked. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant or training.
