Engineering Manager; Substation, Electrical, Renewable

Insight Global is partnering with a top‑10 U.S. engineering firm to hire a Substation Manager in Denver. This role sits within a nationally ranked Power Delivery team focused on how electricity is generated, transmitted, and delivered as energy demand continues to grow.

In this position, you’d own the technical execution of HV substation projects (up to 500kV), serving as the technical partner to the PM while leading, coaching, and growing a team of engineers and designers. It’s a great fit for someone who still enjoys hands‑on technical leadership but also wants influence over hiring, quality, and technical direction.
