This position will be filled at one of the following levels depending upon candidate qualifications.

Utilize BIM software to produce and maintain 3D digital models. Collaborate with project managers, engineers and other members of the design and construction teams. Works under the direct supervision of the BIM Supervisor with technical guidance from the Staff and Senior Modelers.

Uses BIM software to produce and update as‑built drawing sets. Collaborate with project managers, engineers and other members of the design and construction teams. Works under the direct supervision of the BIM Supervisor with technical guidance from the Senior Modelers.

High school graduation or GED.

• Reading technical, architectural, and/or engineering drawings

• Communicate effectively both written and orally.

A two‑year Associates of Applied Science degree (AAS) in computer‑aided drafting technology or equivalent BIM technology. A combination of education and relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
