Responsibilities- Work alongside Senior ICT/Security Technical Specialists to deliver accurate and professional design documents.
- Apply general engineering knowledge of telecommunications or electronic security systems, or demonstrate willingness to learn.
- Collaborate with Junior and Senior ICT/Security designers to ensure customer needs and objectives are reflected in the 3‑D model using Revit or similar software.
- Independently produce project-related construction documents in Revit to show design intent and support system-related activities within all construction administration (CA) activities.
- Coordinate with integrated, multidisciplinary project teams to develop functional requirements, system designs, and other project-related requirements.
- Assist in problem resolution and technical troubleshooting when support is needed.
- Regularly perform de‑clash exercises in Revit to ensure ICT/Security scopes are well coordinated with other disciplines.
- Perform other duties as needed.
- Minimum 1 year of related industry experience.
- Skillset in 3D design software and document management infrastructure.
- Understanding of engineering or architectural concepts.
- Knowledge of industry standards, practices, discipline codes, and specifications.
- Ability to meet deadlines, handle multiple tasks independently, and deliver products on schedule.
- Ability to work in a high‑velocity environment, managing multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and workmanship quality.
- Commitment to being an active participant in an employee‑owned culture.
- Desire to progress into a designer role is a plus.
- BICSI RCDD, DCDC, OSP, or RTPM a plus.
- PSP (Physical Security Professional) a plus.
- Experience with data centers and federal entities a plus.
- “Can‑Do” attitude and problem‑solving mindset.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Bluebeam and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with Revit preferred; ability to learn new applications quickly.
- Knowledge of engineering drawings, design standards, and practices.
- Strong desire for continuous learning and professional education.

The expected compensation range for this position depends upon skills, experience, education, and geographical location.
Colorado: $22.69 - $37.28 per hour. (Stated benefits are for full‑time regular positions. Temporary and part‑time roles are eligible for limited benefits.)
