Description Your Immediate Impact:

From day one, you'll contribute to projects that matter. You'll:

  • Work alongside field operations staff to keep projects on track and deliver results that impact our clients and communities.
  • Lead and participate in safety planning and site walks, directly helping create a culture where everyone goes home safe.
  • Plan, track, and coordinate materials and logistics so projects run smoothly.
  • Manage critical project documentation (RFIs, submittals, drawings, meeting minutes, closeout) that drives key decisions and progress.
  • Support schedule updates and gain visibility into how field sequencing drives project success.
  • Participate in project meetings with clients, trade partners, and design teams to see how collaboration shapes outcomes.
  • Contribute ideas and solutions - we want fresh perspectives to help us build smarter, better, and more efficiently.
What You'll Grow Into:

  • Leadership + Client Relationships: Build and manage relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and trade partners.
  • Project Management: Take ownership of cost control, contracts, billings, change management, and project execution.
  • Field Operations: Collaborate with Superintendents to develop detailed schedules, manage trade partners, and ensure quality in the field.
  • Business Development + Strategy: Contribute to proposals, interviews, and networking; explore ways FH can grow.
  • Innovation + Problem Solving: Lead initiatives to improve processes, adopt smarter tools, and find better ways to deliver projects.

What You Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Curiosity, initiative, and a proactive problem-solving mindset
  • Willingness to learn across multiple aspects of project delivery
  • Internship or co-op experience in construction, engineering, or project management
  • Experience with project documentation, scheduling tolls, or cost tracking software
  • Exposure to client or trade partner interaction
  • Desire to innovate and challenge conventional processes
