WeAre Looking For Someone Like You
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or related experience.
- 7+ years experience including Estimating, Cost Control Design and Preconstruction in the bidding and design of complex mechanical solutions.
- Experience with Laboratory, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Brewery, Institutional and Industrial related projects.
- Experience managing multiple, simultaneous projects.
- Ability to produce a comprehensive budget and proposal based on schematic narratives, drawings, specifications, and related bid documents.
- Procure negotiated design/build and design/assist projects and complete the preconstruction phase on those projects.
- Initiate and maintain relationships with clients and A/E contacts.
- Understand construction field conditions, means and methods, and project schedules.
- Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, and Bluebeam experience required.
- Quickpen / Autobid software experience preferred.
