Assistant Superintendent - Construction

Job Description:

We are seeking an Assistant Superintendent to support multifamily projects in Denver Metro. Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience managing ground up projects. We're open to Field or Project Engineers who are interested in growing into a Superintendent role. We are looking for individuals who are eager to learn and grow in their career and aspire to move up to a Superintendent role.

Qualifications

* 3-5 years of experience as an Assistant Superintendent, Field Engineer, or Project Engineer

* Experience managing ground up projects

* Multifamily project experience is preferred

Work Environment:
Projects around Denver Metro. The initial project is in Johnstown, CO.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $43.27 - $48.08/hr.
