We’re growing — and we’re looking for a Project Manager who wants more than just a seat at the table. You’ll lead meaningful projects, guide engineers, strengthen client relationships, and help elevate the standard of service we’re known for.

You’ll manage a diverse portfolio of Colorado-based land development and civil infrastructure projects including:

• Private development and site design
• Municipal infrastructure improvements
• Recreational and educational facilities
• Grading and drainage design
• Utility layout and coordination
• Permitting and agency coordination

Project sizes range from local site development to complex, multi-discipline infrastructure projects requiring close collaboration with architects, landscape architects, and municipal agencies.

This is not a “paper PM” role. You will:

• Lead civil design efforts including grading, drainage, and utility design
• Oversee preparation of construction documents and specifications
• Coordinate with local agencies to secure approvals
• Manage project scope, schedule, and budgets
• Identify and solve design or constructability challenges early
• Serve as the primary client contact
• Mentor engineers and support professional growth
• Participate in proposals, contract negotiations, and client billing
• Maintain and expand client relationships

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Colorado PE license (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
• 6–10 years of land development design experience
• Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines
• Strong working knowledge of Colorado permitting processes
• Proven ability to mentor and develop staff
• Software proficiency in Civil 3D and related civil design tools preferred.

Salary Range: $105,000–$135,000 (commensurate with experience)
