We are looking for a passionate Project Management Professional in Denver, CO who is driven by collaboration, exceeding expectations, and challenging the status quo.

Responsibilities

By developing and delivering on project scopes, budgets, reports, contracts, and schedules, you’ll help our teams achieve our client’s objectives. Your keen ability to multi‑task, communicate effectively and tackle project challenges will allow you to thrive in our fast‑paced environment. You’ll provide motivation and direction to project teams and be surrounded by expert mentorship and mentoring opportunities to help you and your team thrive.

  • Project & Program Management
    • Manage multiple projects and activities across various timelines
    • Coordinate work including scoping, collecting technical details, and confirming asset data
    • Oversee contractor activities including proposals, scope, selection, contracts, and NTP
    • Review, track, and update project statuses and documentation
  • Technical Coordination & Data Validation
    • Provide equipment data, validate data and technical attributes
    • Employ KMZ/KML geospatial file and connect mapping data to project lists
    • Ensure correct filtering of pipeline assets
    • Identify missing, conflicting, or inaccurate data
  • Permitting & Regulatory Planning
    • Initiate, review, and coordinate permit requirement evaluations
    • Clarify regulatory boundaries, jurisdictional complexities, and scope exclusions
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration
    • Communicate with engineers, planning teams, GIS/geospatial personnel, Project Controls, Operations, and leadership.
    • Schedule and coordinate kickoff meetings, technical review sessions, and cross‑functional team sessions
  • Vendor Management
    • Solicit, review, and respond to Engineering Service Provider proposals
    • Provide feedback, request revisions, and notify vendors of award or non‑award decisions
  • Documentation & Process Improvements
    • Support gated project execution activities and align with standards
    • Provide notes, clarifications, and technical guidance to teams
  • Internal Reporting & Communication
    • Provide frequent progress updates to leadership
    • Support budget/forecast adjustments
    • Flag potential risks, timeline concerns, and resource constraints
Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent years of industry experience
  • 8+ years of experience managing projects
  • Strong working knowledge of gas piping systems, P&IDs, PFDs, site layout and material take‑offs preferred
  • Background in natural gas distribution and transmission work preferred

The base salary range for this position is $ to $. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

This position is on‑site in the Denver, CO office. Only local candidates will be considered, or those open to relocation.
