BQ Global Engineering Supervisor

The Global Engineering Supervisor supports the execution of global engineering strategies and capital projects, ensuring standardization, technical excellence, and efficient project delivery across all sites. This role acts as a technical and project execution leader, translating strategic initiatives into actionable engineering solutions and ensuring consistency across regions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related).
• 5–8+ years of experience in engineering and project management within manufacturing.
• Experience in CAPEX project execution and commissioning.
• Strong knowledge of equipment design, automation, and process optimization.
• Experience working across multiple sites or regions preferred.

• Support planning and execution of global CAPEX projects, including design, installation, and commissioning.
• Coordinate with site engineering teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• Monitor project milestones, risks, and performance metrics.
• Implement global engineering standards, technical specifications, and design guidelines.
• Ensure alignment of engineering solutions across geographies and plants.
• Support the deployment of automation, digitalization, and process optimization initiatives.

• Provide technical guidance to resolve complex engineering issues at site level.
• Conduct technical assessments, audits, and root cause analyses.
• Identify opportunities to improve equipment design, efficiency, and reliability.
• Support innovation initiatives and adoption of new technologies.

• Partner with Maintenance, Operations, and Quality teams to ensure engineering solutions meet production needs.
