The world runs on data. Data runs on STACK.
STACK is seeking an experienced and highly collaborative Lead Scheduler, Preconstruction to support the planning and scheduling of data center development projects during the preconstruction phase. This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules within STACK’s established scheduling program, providing clear visibility into key milestones, dependencies, and risks for project teams and STACK leadership.

- Develop and maintain detailed preconstruction schedules from initial planning through handoff to construction, aligned with project milestones and program objectives.
- Build and update schedules within STACK's scheduling framework, maintaining accurate logic, dependencies, durations, and milestone dates.
- Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to integrate design, permitting, procurement, utilities, commercial, and other key work streams into a cohesive schedule.
- Lead schedule working sessions to validate assumptions, sequence activities, identify constraints, and surface risks early.
- Analyze critical path, near-critical path, float trends, and milestone movement, and recommend mitigation or recovery actions.
- Prepare schedule updates, milestone reporting, and what-if analysis for project teams and STACK leadership.
- Support continuous improvement of scheduling standards, templates, and reporting practices across preconstruction.
