Traveling Entry Level Field Engineer; Heavy Civil

About the Role

The role requires extensive project‑based travel, supporting long‑term construction projects across the country (70%+).

As a Project Engineer in Structural Group’s PECD program, you will master critical construction skills across scheduling, estimating, budgeting, safety, quality control, business development, client relations, and field resource management.

• Ability and desire to travel and support long‑term construction projects (70%+)
• Bachelor’s Degree required (Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field preferred)
• Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher
• Minimum of one relevant internship experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional documentation and organizational skills
• Aptitude for solving problems
