Your Opportunity

YourKey Responsibilities
- Lead exceptional teams to deliver successful projects for our clients in the Water business, engaging internally and externally with staff, clients, regulatory agencies, subconsultants, and other firms.
- Develop and manage the approved scope, budget, and schedule on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Establish project objectives, procedures and performance standards, leading multi‑disciplinary teams from proposals and feasibility through final design and construction.
- Identify appropriate resources and skill sets to achieve project objectives, manage contract terms, track and control costs and schedule, and implement measures to stay on schedule and within budget.
- Support proposal pricing strategies, cost proposal preparation, contract legal and risk reviews, and related marketing efforts needed to develop winning proposals.
- Adhere to Stantec’s internal policies and practices, including risk management, project management, and quality management.
- Maintain and enhance relationships with clients, approval agencies and industry professionals by providing exceptional service.
- Provide mentoring and training for future leaders to support their career growth.
- Promote collaboration and teamwork across business lines and geographies.
- Experienced in organizing, planning, and executing projects from pursuit through closeout, involving internal personnel, subconsultants, and vendors.
- Ability to make sound, defensible business decisions and to identify, assess, evaluate, and solve complex problems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Passion for team building and collaboration.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, engineering, or related technical discipline.
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant professional experience, with at least 1 year of experience managing and/or coordinating projects.
- Engineer in Training (EIT) required;
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) preferred. - Project Management Professional (PMP) or ability to achieve within 2 years of hire preferred.
Typical office environment includes working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time.

Pay RangeLocations in CO, HI, IL, MD & Various CA, NJ Areas: $ – $ Annually
Pay TransparencyIn compliance with pay transparency laws, pay ranges are provided for positions in locations where required. The final agreed compensation depends on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. Certain roles are bonus eligible. Actual compensation for part‑time roles will be pro‑rated based on the agreed number of working hours per week.
