Responsibilities:

RF Measurements:

* Perform precise RF measurements using Spectrum Analyzers and Network Analyzers.

* Conduct tests to evaluate the performance of RF components and systems.

* Generate detailed reports based on measurement data.

Troubleshooting:

* Diagnose and resolve issues in RF systems down to the component level.

* Identify root causes of RF performance problems and implement effective solutions.

* Collaborate with engineering teams to develop troubleshooting strategies and methodologies.

Equipment Maintenance:

* Maintain and calibrate RF measurement equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.

* Perform routine checks and preventive maintenance on Spectrum Analyzers, Network Analyzers, and other RF instruments.

Documentation:

* Document test procedures, results, and troubleshooting steps in a clear and concise manner.

* Maintain up-to-date records of equipment calibration and maintenance.

Support and

Collaboration:

* Provide technical support to engineering and development teams on RF-related issues.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RF solutions into product designs.

* Support Production builds as needed.

Continuous Improvement:

* Stay current with advancements in RF technology and measurement techniques.

* Contribute to the improvement of RF testing processes and methodologies.

Qualifications:

Required:

Education:

* Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering Technology, or a related field.

Experience:

* Minimum of 3 years of experience in RF engineering or a related field.

* Proven experience with Spectrum Analyzers and Network Analyzers.

* Experience in troubleshooting RF systems down to the component level.

Skills:

* Strong understanding of RF principles and measurements

* Proficiency in using RF test equipment and software.

* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Desired:

* Experience with RF design and simulation software (e.g., ADS, HFSS).

* Familiarity with wireless communication standards (e.g., Cellular, WiFI, etc.).

* Experience with minor software development using Lab View or Python.
