Job Summary
Trihydro is seeking an experienced, mid-to-senior level professional to expand our Underground Injection Control (UIC)/Carbon Management (CM) Team. We are involved in multiple carbon capture and sequestration (CCS) and UIC projects across the United States.
Key Responsibilities- Managing projects and technical support for Class I, II, and VI UIC well design, permitting, monitoring, and drilling oversight projects.
- Assisting with business development activities and continuing to grow the UIC/CM Team.
- Leveraging your professional network to build connections and bring in new work.
- Presenting at conferences, writing papers, and contributing to the marketing efforts of the team.
- Managing project staff and subcontractors, assigning resources as necessary to complete project tasks on schedule and within budget.
- Coordinating with regulatory agencies, subcontractors, and clients.
- Managing and interpreting environmental and geologic data.
- Traveling to various field and office locations across the U.S.
- A BS in engineering or geology (MS desirable but not required).
- 5-10+ years of relevant CCS/UIC and/or oil and gas experience.
- Industry employment history as a project manager with responsibility for managing contractors, communicating directly with clients and regulatory agency staff, preparing cost estimates, and tracking budgets.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with clients, project stakeholders, regulators, coworkers, subcontractors, and other project team members.
- Initiative and motivation to complete project deliverables on schedule and within budget.
- Experienced client manager with initiative to cultivate long‑standing client relationships.
- Ability to travel to client locations and other Trihydro offices.

Summary pay range: $90,000- $150,000
