Position Overview- Prepare, schedule, and coordinate design documents and calculations for various site development tasks, including site planning, stormwater management calculations, and stormwater pollution prevention plans.
- Provide preliminary and final construction documents and complete permit documents, as well as other relevant reports.
- Work under the guidance and supervision of the project manager to ensure smooth execution of all activities.

Key Responsibilities: - Manage site planning, stormwater management calculations, utility design, construction documents, and permits under direction.
- Handle client communication, build trust, and deliver quality products and service.
- Utilize time management and organizational skills to excel at project tasks.
- Prioritize projects for multiple ongoing initiatives.
- Attend client and municipal meetings, technical meetings, and public hearings.
- Coordinate with subconsultants to obtain necessary design information.
- Meet deadlines or inform the project manager in advance if unable to do so.
- Prepare project schedules and define the critical path.
- Develop a team-first mentality and provide discretionary effort when needed.
- BS in Engineering from an accredited university; 3+ years of experience.
- EIT credentials (FE exam) preferred, but not required.
- Proficiency with CAD Civil 3D software.
- Firm understanding of site development design including grading, utility, and stormwater design.
- Focused, motivated, and results-oriented.
- Strong communication skills and a teamwork approach.
- Demonstrated understanding of project flow and necessary tasks.
- Ability to guide and mentor junior staff.

- $80,000–$95,000 – salary range is a general guideline.
- Final compensation based on experience, qualifications, skills, and overall alignment with the role and company needs.
