We are excited to announce an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the Business Leader - West Central (North) within in our PMCM Infrastructure organization. This is your chance to take the next step in your career journey, expand your skills and contribute in a new and impactful way. Reporting to Jason Acres, this role can be performed within one of our offices within the West Central (North) geography.
The West Central (North) geography comprises Nevada, Utah, Colorado, Kansas, Nebraska and Wyoming and as the Business Leader you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of infrastructure projects and approximately 30 staff within this area.
In this role you will be responsible for:
* Representing Jacobs in the marketplace, including engaging with clients, partners, vendors and the community.
* Working with our sales organization in the development of the business growth pipeline and strategies for growing our footprint and headcount within this geography.
* Identifying and tracking new business opportunities and setting priorities for pursuing the best options for success.
* Financial oversight of project financials to meet regional operating margin's goals.
* Project delivery compliance to meet company's operational standards and processes.
* Promote a culture of caring, quality, safety and inclusion and diversity.
We are looking for an individual who has:
* The ability to manage internal and external stakeholders while maintaining focus on the business portfolio.
* Proven experience and leadership in the delivery and management of highly complex infrastructure projects.
* Knowledge and experience with creating and managing scalable teams of various skillsets and expertise.
* Connectivity to industry peers, organizations and market trends.
* Acumen to make impactful financial decisions and meet the performance goals of the organization.
Here's what you'll need
* Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or related field.
* 10+ years of related experience managing large ($500M+), complex construction projects.
* 10+ years of related experience in managing project teams.
* 7+ years of financial management experience.
* Willing to relocate within the West Central (North) geography if necessary.
* Ability to travel
