This role is part of Advanced Concepts and Enterprise Engineering (ACE), supporting Blue Origin's mission of millions of people living and working in space for the benefit of Earth. The team fosters innovation and drives engineering workflows of the future, shared solutions and standards, simplicity and lower costs, and manufacturable design.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Develop, manage, and maintain Interface Control Documents (ICDs) for internal vehicle systems as well as external interfaces with customers and cargo payloads.
* Lead and facilitate agile sprints, including planning, execution, and retrospectives, to drive systems engineering tasks to completion.
* Serve as the Responsible Engineer (RE) for key systems, owning the technical baseline from requirements through verification and validation.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless system integration and resolve interface challenges.
Minimum Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
* 10+ years of experience in a systems engineering role.
* Demonstrated experience creating and managing complex Interface Control Documents (ICDs).
* Experience working within an agile development framework.
* TS/SCI Clearance or ability to obtain TS/SCI
Preferred Qualifications:
* Master's degree in a relevant engineering field.
* Experience leading agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
* Direct experience with the integration of customer payloads or cargo.

Driver Qualification Files, Medical Certification (obtained before onboarding), Road Test, Hours of Service, Drug and Alcohol Testing (CDL drivers only), vehicle inspection requirements, CDL requirements (if applicable) and hazardous materials transportation/shipping training.
* Required for certain Job Profiles:
Ability to obtain and maintain Merchant Mariner Credential, which includes pre-employment and random drug testing as well as DOT physical
