The position will support our water practice with experience in planning, design, and construction oversight of water and wastewater infrastructure, conveyance, and/or treatment projects.

Responsibilities- Work with business unit leadership and professional staff to execute work and support growth of the regional public and industrial sector water business and client base.
- Collaborate in a team environment with project engineers, support staff, junior staff, and sub‑consultants to deliver projects.
- Direct and manage engineers and/or technicians on projects.
- Prepare bid documents, reports, calculations, and project deliverables independently; review the design of others.
- Act as project manager with responsibility for schedule, financial, and quality performance, ensuring client satisfaction for water/wastewater planning, design, and/or construction phase services.
- Lead projects, leveraging expertise and experience.
- Develop statements of qualifications, detailed proposals, contracts, and project execution plans.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering (required).
- Colorado Professional Engineer (PE) license required or ability to obtain.
- Master’s degree in Engineering preferred.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in the evaluation, design, and construction oversight of water and wastewater projects.
- Proven track record of being highly responsive and delivering quality work.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Salary RangeThe projected annual range for this position is $125,000–$142,000. Depending upon other factors, including skills, experience, location, and market conditions, the range may vary slightly.
