ANTICIPATED COMPENSATION
$130,000 to $165,000 + performance bonuses
LOCATIONDenver (hybrid) or Seattle (remote)
Some travel is required (~20%)
Primary Responsibilities- Create commissioning documentation as the lead commissioning agent (CXA) for documenting the CX process.
- Document (in the CX Issues Log / Punchlist) any identified issues and manage the verification and resolution of each issue.
- Create Systems Manual and Final Commissioning Reports.
- Train, supervise, and manage lower level CXA(s).
- Manage projects from low to high complexity.
- Participate in onsite inspections as the lead commissioning agent.
- Participate in basic equipment startup using standard start-up and checkout documents.
- Participate in onsite functional testing as the lead commissioning agent for quality assurance.
- Participate in TAB verification as the lead commissioning agent.
- Perform detailed level design reviews to ensure conformance across all design documents.
- Assist Design Team with creating or reviewing sequence operational intent (SOI) documents.
- Act as a CX department expert for projects and mentor other CXAs.
- Implement process improvements for the Commissioning Department.
- High level of organization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- High level of experience or expertise with all areas of HVAC systems: HVAC installation and/or service, HVAC control systems integration and programming.
- High level of autonomy, requiring no guidance from a higher level CXA.
- High level of supervisor experience - successfully manage/supervise several lower level CXA.
- High level of experience in understanding construction drawings & engineering specifications.
- Ability to execute projects from low to high complexity with no guidance or supervision.
