** Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
*** Lead the end-to-end design of mechanical structures for various payload and cargo systems.
* Serve as a primary technical point of contact for cargo customers, translating their needs into actionable design requirements.
* Perform detailed structural analysis (FEA) and create engineering drawings and specifications.
* Collaborate with manufacturing, integration, and test teams to ensure a seamless transition from design to production.

* Minimum Qualifications:

*** Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
* 10+ years of experience in structural design and analysis.
* Direct experience with the design of payload integration systems or similar structures.
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a customer-facing role.
* Proficiency in CAD and FEA software (CREO desired).
* TS/SCI Clearance or ability to attain TS/SCI

* Preferred Qualifications:

*** Master's degree or higher in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
* Experience leading design teams or mentoring junior engineers.
* Hands-on experience with structural testing and data correlation.### Compensation Range for:
