What You'll Do
- Complete assigned work within schedule and within hours provided.
- Assist in the development of project specifications.
- Develop discipline‑specific engineering deliverables such as reports, designs, and plans.
- Aid in coordination and productivity of project team members.
- Provide technical guidance to less experienced team members.
- Work closely with other disciplines on multi‑discipline projects.
- Perform quality control reviews of discipline‑specific deliverables.
- Assist with coordination and planning of schedules, hours, and work distribution.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 4 years of relevant experience.
- Master’s degree in Engineering and 3 years of relevant experience.
- Ph.D. in Engineering and 2 years of relevant experience.
- Optimizing work processes with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Independent progression of senior design and task responsibilities.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Micro Station and/or AutoCAD.
- Thorough understanding of engineering, geometric and algebraic principles.
- Time‑management skills with proactive forecasting and communication of project needs.
- Master’s degree in Engineering.
- Engineer in Training (EIT) certification.
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification.
- American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) certification (depending on discipline).
- Additional relevant certifications.
