At R&R Engineers-Surveyors, our Project Engineers are heavily involved in the work that keeps projects moving from early design through construction. You’ll lead technical design efforts, coordinate with clients and agencies, support project delivery, mentor younger staff, and help solve challenges before they become problems in the field. The work is fast paced enough to stay engaging, but structured in a way that supports collaboration, quality work, and realistic project expectations.

• Lead grading, drainage, utility, and site design efforts
• Solve problems early in the design process
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, agencies, and teammates
• Keep projects moving, organized, and on schedule
• Oversee technical deliverables and mentor junior staff
• Manage scope, schedules, QA/QC, and budgets
• Navigate permitting and agency coordination
• Help deliver projects from early design through construction

• BS in Civil Engineering
• Colorado PE (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
• 8+ years of land development experience (Colorado preferred)
• Civil 3D proficiency
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
