Job Overview

A law firm seeks a patent agent or technical advisor to join its patents team in Denver, CO. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in 5G, Wi‑Fi, and other wireless technologies, artificial intelligence, processor and memory systems, image processing, and RF front‑end. This position offers location flexibility across all US offices.

• Assist in patent prosecution and portfolio management.
• Collaborate with clients to develop and manage patent portfolios.
• Conduct research and analysis on technical subjects.
• Prepare and file patent applications.

• Electrical engineering degree or equivalent.
• At least two years of patent prosecution experience.
• Registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) or qualified to register.
• Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.

Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

USPTO registration or eligibility to register.

• Experience in 5G, Wi‑Fi, artificial intelligence, and related technologies.
• Client liaison and portfolio management experience.
• Preferred experience in autonomous vehicles, robotics, and related AI fields.
