Technical Field Service + Sales – Industrial Automation Equipment – Direct Hire

$80k+ base, bonus up to 37.5%, full benefits, 401k, training, auto allowance

NOTE:
This is a remote, hybrid technical + customer-facing role with regional travel and occasional travel beyond local territory. Must be comfortable working on equipment while engaging in sales support.

  • Support sales team with technical expertise, drive sales growth, and work alongside engineering, R&D, operations, and customers.

The Position
  • Provide advanced technical expertise on industrial automation equipment, specialized machinery, and integrated materials to optimize client production lines
  • Partner with sales, engineering, R&D, operations, manufacturers and distributors by leading customer consultations, conducting demos, and engineering custom solutions that secure new business
  • Lead technical training initiatives for on-site operators, distribution partners, and internal field teams to maximize equipment capability and performance
The Detail
  • $80k+ base, bonus up to 37.5%, full benefits, 401k, training, auto allowance
  • 2-5+ years of hands-on field service, applications, and technical support with packaging, ATMs, production printers, or other industrial automation machinery
  • Strong electro-mechanical troubleshooting skills and a comfortable approach to customer-facing work, supporting sales efforts with zero cold calling
  • Requires regional travel to lead equipment installations, support sales demos, handle preventative maintenance, and customer consultation with technical expertise
