Project Manager - Water​/Wastewater Treatment Engineering, PE

Seeking a Water/Wastewater Treatment Engineering Project Manager (PE required)

Qualified candidates must have at least 12 years of experience in the Colorado Front Range Area.

Plummer is looking for a seasoned Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to join our Waste/Reuse Treatment Team in Denver, CO. You will manage all aspects of a project including planning, design, financials, and team coordination, and establish and maintain strong working relationships with clients.

• Plan, design, and manage wastewater treatment projects, including plant expansion, rehabilitation, and planning.
• Coordinate project teams, manage budgets and schedule, and maintain client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and engineering standards.

• At least 12 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 6 years as a licensed PE in water and/or wastewater treatment work.
• Bachelor’s degree in civil or environmental engineering.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pump stations, wastewater design aspects (preliminary and primary treatment, biological nutrient removal, solids treatment, odor control), and water treatment design aspects (chemical feed systems, coagulation, flocculation, sedimentation, filtration).
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and collaborative problem‑solving skills.
