Multifamily Construction/Development Group currently seeking a Project Engineer
. This position will report to the Project Manager. This individual will work with cost data, scheduling activities and perform general engineering duties.
- Submittals, quantities/procurement, and general scheduling at the job site
- Supervision of job engineers who assist the Project Engineer in his primary responsibilities
- Scheduling of subcontractors
- Liaison to field supervision including internal superintendents and foremen as well as those of subcontractors
- Assist estimators and engineers with quantities and productions during the pursuit of work
- BS in Civil Engineering or Construction related degree
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and Word
- Strong prioritization and organizational skills; detail-oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
