Land Development Project Manager
Dewberry is currently seeking a Land Development Project Manager for the Louisville, CO office with the opportunity to work occasionally out of the Denver office as necessary.

ResponsibilitiesThis position requires 10+ years of experience in site planning and land development including the production and management of design of grading, storm water management, urban drainage planning, soil erosion & sediment control, public and private roadways, utilities and site planning for residential, commercial, retail, institutional and recreational facilities.
Required Skills & Required Experience- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- 10+ years of experience
- Proven Business Development Experience
- Leadership and mentoring of project team
- AutoCAD with Civil3D skills
- Technical competency in roadway, utilities and drainage design and construction
- Professional Engineering licensure within Colorado
- Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
- Desire to work and manage in a team environment

The projected range for this position is $130,000-$190,000 annually. Depending upon other factors, i.e., skills, experience, location, market conditions, the range may vary slightly.
