Aviation Structural Mechanic Apprenticeship
Our team in Denver, CO is hiring for an Aviation Structural Mechanic Apprenticeship. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong industrial or blue-collar background who are looking to transition into the aviation industry. You will gain valuable experience working on military and commercial aircraft structures, developing skills in sheet metal repair, fabrication, and modification while learning from highly experienced technicians in a fast-paced MRO environment.
Pay: $31-38 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule:
6AM - 2:30PM (Mon-Fri)
We are an FAA/EASA certified aircraft repair station specializing in maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) services for military, commercial, and cargo aircraft. With decades of industry experience, we pride ourselves on high-quality craftsmanship, regulatory compliance, and mission-critical aviation support for its customers.
Responsibilities- Perform sheet metal repair and structural modifications on aircraft components
- Assist with fabrication, fitting, and assembly of aircraft parts and structures
- Interpret and work from blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical manuals
- Execute drilling, riveting, cutting, and forming of metal components
- Support airframe structural repairs on military and commercial aircraft
- Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with FAA/EASA regulations and quality standards
- Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments safely and effectively
- Assist in disassembly and reassembly of aircraft structures and components
- Maintain clean and organized work areas in compliance with safety standards
- Collaborate with experienced mechanics and supervisors to complete projects on schedule
- Minimum 3 years of industrial / blue-collar experience (manufacturing, construction, automotive, aviation, or similar environment required)
- Mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience using tools and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Willingness to learn and grow within an apprenticeship program

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO.
Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
