Overview
As Project Manager in the Project Management Office, you will lead and manage projects that involve the design, implementation, and maintenance of electrical systems and solutions. Your role requires strong technical knowledge of electrical engineering principles and effective project management skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients.
Responsibilities- Develop comprehensive project plans that outline the scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, and timelines.
- Allocate and coordinate resources, including engineers, technicians, equipment, and materials, to keep the project on track.
- Provide technical guidance and expertise to engineering teams throughout the project lifecycle to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Establish strong communication channels with clients to understand requirements, provide updates, and address concerns.
- Monitor project budgets and expenditures to ensure financial targets are met.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; or equivalent technical degree
- Previous experience in electrical engineering, project management, or a related role
- Experience with electrical utilities
- 5 years experience or greater
- Must have valid Driver’s License and personal vehicle and willingness to travel 10-15% for site visit requirements
- PMP preferred

- Detail oriented: attention to the small details matters

Benefits & Salary:
This position pays between $100,000 and $130,000 annually and is an exempt position. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, tuition reimbursement, and voluntary life, disability, critical illness, accident and hospitalization plans. HSA or FSA medical accounts and FSA dependent care and transportation/parking accounts are also available. PTO is available to full-time employees. May be eligible for discretionary bonus as determined by the company.
