The HSSE Coordinator – Program Excellence supports the implementation and continuous improvement of the HSSE Program by coordinating program documentation, supporting system and process improvements, and enabling consistent application of HSSE requirements across business operations and project delivery. This role provides hands-on coordination and quality control support to ensure HSSE materials remain current, accurate, accessible, and aligned with organizational and regulatory expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the HSSE program excellence team to deliver lifecycle management of HSSE standards, practices, procedures and supporting documentation.
- Support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the HSSE Framework systems and processes, including the HSSE Manual and Standards, quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC), management of change, and the Document Management System (DMS).
- Provide project management support to the HSSE Program Excellence team by maintaining detailed logs and trackers, preparing regular project updates and reports, and implementing accountability measures to assist the Program Excellence Manager in ensuring projects stay on schedule and objectives are met.
- Monitor and support maintenance of HSSE regulatory reference tables and registers, including periodic review of automated U.S. regulatory update notifications, coordination of regulatory table updates on a defined cycle, and assistance with updates to ISO regulatory tables, Critical Task Inventories, and the Environmental Aspect and Impact Register.
- Support the HSSE Data and Digital Tools team through documentation updates needed for systems such as In Case of Crisis, contractor qualification platforms, and incident reporting tools.
- Apply quality review checks to HSSE documentation aligning with HSSE QA/QC processes.
- Support framework and program rollouts by coordinating communications, guidance materials, and inputs.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by translating lessons learned, audit outcomes, and feedback into program updates or tools.
Your Capabilities and Credentials:
- Experience supporting HSSE, quality, or corporate programs within a professional or technical services environment.
- Strong understanding of program lifecycle management, including scheduled reviews, change control, approval workflows, and version governance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Experience coordinating document management and quality control processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities and deadlines.
Education and Experience:
- Diploma or degree in occupational health and safety, environmental management, project management, business administration, or related discipline.
- Typically, 3–6+ years of relevant experience supporting HSSE, quality, or corporate program coordination activities.
- Experience in large, matrixed, or multi-regional organizations preferred.
Pay Range:
- Locations in MN, OH, VT, & Various CA, NY Areas-$71,800.00 - $ Annually
- Locations in CO, HI, IL, MD & Various CA, NJ Areas-$79,000.00 - $ Annually
