Job Overview
A law firm seeks a Patent Associate to join its Electrical Engineering and Computer Science Patent Prosecution practice in Denver. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background and relevant experience in patent preparation and prosecution.
Duties- Draft and file high-quality patent applications.
- Oversee and manage patent preparation and prosecution.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of submissions.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in patent preparation and prosecution.
- Admission to the USPTO.
- JD and active bar admission in the intended jurisdiction.
- Undergraduate or advanced degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, software engineering, computer science, physics, or mathematics.
- Admission to the USPTO.
- Superb writing and communication skills.
- Experience with graphics processing units, tensor processing units, accelerators, neural engines, and robotics circuitry and actuators.
