Basic qualifications include a bachelor's degree and 4+ years of professional experience in occupational health, safety, and/or environmental compliance, with demonstrated experience developing and managing EHS programs, policies, and procedures in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related engineering discipline; 6+ years of EHS experience in a dynamic manufacturing or aerospace environment; strong working knowledge of Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) regulations and federal EPA requirements; hands-on experience managing hazardous waste programs; experience developing and implementing comprehensive EHS programs; familiarity with OSHA standards;

experience conducting incident investigations and root cause analyses; strong written and verbal communication skills; proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment; self-motivated with a passion for continuous improvement and building a strong safety culture; and professional certifications such as CSP (Certified Safety Professional) or CHMM (Certified Hazardous Materials Manager) a plus.

Compensation includes a base salary of $95,000-$130,000, equity, and benefits including health, dental, vision, HRA/HSA options, PTO and paid holidays, 401K, and parental leave.
