Support National Defense:
Contribute to projects that directly support national defense and our war fighters, ensuring they have the best technology available.
- Perform precise RF measurements using Spectrum Analyzers and Network Analyzers.
- Conduct tests to evaluate the performance of RF components and systems.
- Generate detailed reports based on measurement data.
- Diagnose and resolve issues in RF systems down to the component level.
- Identify root causes of RF performance problems and implement effective solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop troubleshooting strategies and methodologies.
- Maintain and calibrate RF measurement equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Perform routine checks and preventive maintenance on Spectrum Analyzers, Network Analyzers, and other RF instruments.
- Document test procedures, results, and troubleshooting steps in a clear and concise manner.
- Maintain up-to-date records of equipment calibration and maintenance.
- Provide technical support to engineering and development teams on RF-related issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RF solutions into product designs.
- Support Production builds as needed.
- Stay current with advancements in RF technology and measurement techniques.
- Contribute to the improvement of RF testing processes and methodologies.
Required:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in RF engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience with Spectrum Analyzers and Network Analyzers.
- Experience in troubleshooting RF systems down to the component level.
- Strong understanding of RF principles and measurements.
- Proficiency in using RF test equipment and software.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Desired:
- Experience with RF design and simulation software (e.g., ADS, HFSS).
- Familiarity with wireless communication standards (e.g., Cellular, WiFi).
- Experience with minor software development using Lab View or Python.
