Job Overview
Due to increasing demand for decarbonization expertise, we are seeking a Mechanical Project Engineer with Thermal Energy Network (TEN) expertise to join our Energy and Decarbonization Group in our Denver, CO office.
As a Project Engineer you will provide engineering analysis and designs for both existing building, campus, and new construction projects. You should have a thorough understanding of building energy and distribution systems, the ability to analyze existing and design new district energy systems, central plants, and thermal energy networks (including geothermal TENs) for large scale projects.
As part of Dewberry’s Energy and Decarbonization group you will work with a team of specialized engineers on a variety of private, public, and federal projects. You will collaborate with energy engineers and other disciplines — including mechanical, electrical, plumbing/fire protection, civil, structural, and architecture — to provide full‑range services to local, regional, and national clients. This role reports to the Discipline Manager.
