Altra is seeking a Footwear Developer II to drive development, engineering, fit, and cost for new and existing footwear from design to commercialization. You’ll manage projects with cross‑functional teams, ensuring samples meet quality standards and costs are controlled.
You will collaborate with VF Asia and factory teams to optimize manufacturing efficiency, review 2D/3D CADs, and build complete tech packs in FLEX PLM, supporting timely Buy Ready milestones and margin goals.
