In collaboration with our industrial partners, we are currently developing CCS projects in the US Midwest, US Southeast, and Canada, focusing on single CO2 source, near-site sequestration projects and including 7 projects currently under contract.

Vault has secured a US $300 million equity capital commitment from Grey Rock Investment Partners (Dallas, TX based private equity company) and has offices in Denver, CO and Calgary, AB.

Vault is seeking an experienced and hands-on Procurement Lead to establish and manage procurement and contracting activities across our projects including drilling, completions, facilities and operations. This role will be critical in ensuring cost control, supplier performance, and schedule adherence as we move into capital project execution and operations. As a key member of the Operations team, the Procurement Lead will develop procurement strategies, manage vendor relationships, and implement processes that support efficient and scalable operations.

• Establishandmaintainpreferredsupplierlistsandvendorqualificationprocesses
• Negotiatecommercialtermsandmanagecontractstomitigateriskandoptimizevalue
• Trackprocurementbudgets,commitments,andcostsavingsinitiatives
• Implementprocurementpolicies,systems,andcontrolsappropriateforagrowingorganization
• Monitorsupplierperformance,delivery,and quality,resolvingissuesasneeded

• 10yearsofprocurementexperienceinoil&gas,energy,orinfrastructureprojects
• Directexperiencesupportingdrillingandcompletionsprogramsand/orfacilitiesconstruction
• Strongknowledgeofoilfieldservices,equipmentsupplychains,andcontractingmodels
• Provenexperiencemanagingcompetitivebidprocessesandnegotiatingcontracts
• Familiaritywithlong-leadequipmentprocurement(e.g.,compressors,process equipment)
• Abilitytooperateeffectivelyinasmall,fast-paced,andevolvingorganization

• The role requires on-call availability for incident response and may involve exposure to hazardous environments, requiring the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
