What You'll Do:

  • Lead the design and specification of HVAC and plumbing systems for diverse building types
  • Manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously, ensuring quality and deadlines are met
  • Develop drawings, calculations, and specifications that comply with codes and standards
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors across disciplines
  • Present technical updates to clients and stakeholders
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to professional development within the team

What We're Looking For:

  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
  • 8+ years of experience in mechanical building systems (HVAC & plumbing)
  • Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering
  • Strong project management and client-facing skills
  • Proficiency in HVAC software (AutoCAD, Revit, HAP, TRACE)
  • Passion for sustainable design and energy-efficient solutions

Bonus Points:

  • 10+ years of experience, especially with healthcare and education projects
  • Experience with energy modeling tools and LEED/sustainable design practices
  • Excellent communication and mentorship abilities

Why Join:

  • Fully paid medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • Generous paid time off, volunteer time, and parental leave
  • Flexible hybrid schedule and casual dress code
  • Employee stock ownership and profit sharing
  • Career paths, paid certifications, and leadership development
