You will learn MMIC design in GaAs/GaN, meet performance specs, and partner with technicians on measurements, with projects spanning Power Amplifiers, LNAs, and switches using microwave test equipment and design tools. Candidates must be enrolled in an MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering with ≥3.5 GPA; exposure to ADS, Microwave Office, HFSS, Momentum, Matlab is a plus.
