• The Process Engineer is responsible for designing, optimizing, maintaining manufacturing processes, and wave soldering processes for in the TH facility . This role supports the implementation of process improvement initiatives, ensures process stability and efficiency, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to resolve process-related issues, ultimately meeting production quality and efficiency targets.

• Assist in designing and validating manufacturing processes for new products and production lines, ensuring process feasibility and compliance with quality standards.
• Monitor daily production process performance (e.g., yield rate, cycle time, scrap rate), identify process deviations, and propose corrective actions.
• Support the implementation of lean manufacturing, Kaizen, and continuous improvement projects to reduce waste and enhance process efficiency.
• Develop and update process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process flowcharts, and provide on-site technical training to production teams.
• Collaborate with equipment and quality teams to resolve process-equipment compatibility issues and address quality defects caused by process factors.
• Participate in cross-regional process optimization projects, provide technical support to production sites in Malaysia, China, and the Philippines, and ensure consistent process execution.
• Collect and analyze process data using statistical tools (e.g., SPC, FMEA), and contribute to the development of process improvement plans.
• Support the Process Engineering Manager in managing process change requests and conducting process validation for production line modifications.
• Develop and validate wave soldering process parameters (temperature, conveyor speed, solder pot settings, etc.) for new and existing electronic assemblies.
• Troubleshoot wave soldering defects (e.g., cold joints, bridging, solder balls) using root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct regular process audits of wave soldering lines to ensure adherence to quality standards and SOPs.
