About the role
The Sr.
Manager, Reactor Services will play a key leadership role in building and scaling TNC Services' reactor services business across the commercial nuclear industry. This highly visible, customer-facing position combines reactor services expertise, operational leadership, and business development, with responsibility for developing strategic utility relationships, identifying and winning new opportunities, and ensuring exceptional execution of reactor maintenance and field service projects.
We are seeking an established nuclear services leader with deep industry relationships and a proven track record across reactor services, refueling outages, customer engagement, and business growth. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted partner to utility customers while helping shape TNC Services' capabilities, market strategy, and long-term growth.

Responsibilities
Operations & Project Leadership
- Lead the execution of reactor services projects, including refueling outage support, reactor vessel inspections, reactor internals maintenance, reactor diagnostics, and specialized field services.
- Provide technical leadership for reactor maintenance activities, ensuring work is executed in accordance with plant procedures, engineering requirements, and applicable nuclear safety and quality standards.
- Develop project scopes, work packages, schedules, staffing plans, budgets, estimates, and execution strategies for assigned projects.
