Facility Customer Service Coordinator
Location:
1501 W. Evans Avenue, Denver, CO 80223
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm (seasonal not available)
Compensation: $20.75 – $26.50 hourly
Responsibilities- Address customer inquiries via telephone and email by providing accurate information regarding products and product applications
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Build positive relationships with customers
- Intake, process, and verify customer orders to ensure they are completed and documented accurately
- Build and maintain knowledge of all products to ensure effective customer recommendations
- Act as liaison between customers, sales representatives, and store staff
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures including safety, loss prevention, and security
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
- Assist with moving and loading product
- Operate batch tinting equipment, as needed
- Contact with other employees and operate heavy machinery; must have access to proprietary information and raw materials in a supervised or unsupervised manner
- Undergo a criminal history review to protect the safety of the company’s staff, employees, and vendors
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
- Must be able to read, write, comprehend and communicate in English
- Must be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 100 lbs. on occasion
- Must have at least one (1) year of work experience in customer service, retail, or sales
- Associate's degree or higher in Business, Sales, or Marketing
- At least one (1) year of experience working as a Facility Coordinator
- At least three (3) years of work experience in customer service, retail, or sales
- At least one (1) year of work experience using material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, order pickers, vacu-hoists, drum dollies, conveyor belts, etc.)
- Previous work experience selling paint and paint-related products
- Prior work experience operating tinting or color-matching equipment
