About the Role

Front Desk Agent  will welcome guests, manage their information, distribute keys, assign rooms, and answer any general inquiries to ensure they have an excellent stay.

• Prior front desk experience in a luxury hotel environment is ideal, but willingness to train is accepted.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and hotel‑specific platforms.
• Excellent communication, listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages preferred with Spanish highly desired.
• Flexible schedule for days, weekends, and holidays.
• High energy, positive attitude, and ability to motivate others.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
• Ability to comprehend and communicate technical or professional language.

Pay: $19.29 hourly based on experience.
