Pinnacle Athletic Complex (PAC) Coordinator
The Pinnacle Athletic Complex (PAC) Coordinator oversees the coordination of PAC events; manages the PAC calendar; and maintains the overall facility quality of the PAC. The PAC Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of stadium operations during rentals, managing event logistics, ensuring facility maintenance, and providing excellent customer service to clients. This position requires strong attention to detail, exceptional communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences to customers.

This is an hourly, non-exempt, part-time, 12-month position. Schedule and hours will vary depending upon rentals and facilities' needs. Compensation ranges between $16.38-$22.80 per hour, dependent upon experience.
Essential FunctionsAthletic Complex Coordination Administration:
- Manage event logistics, including setup and teardown.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent customer service and building strong relationships.
- Collaborate with various departments (e.g., security, maintenance, athletics, etc.) to ensure seamless coordination and execution of events.
Athletic Complex Coordination Logistics:
- Follow all facilities opening and closing procedures, ensuring the facility is prepared and accessible for renter use and in good condition after renter use; serve as on-site point of contact and Pinnacle representative during community and/or renter events.
- Report any property damage or issues to the CFO and Athletic Director immediately following events.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and opportunities for improvement and communicate findings to appropriate departments.
- Plan and execute emergency preparedness protocols as needed and ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations.
Game Management:
- Check on field set-up and ensure that the game area is ready for play, and assist with set-up per the direction of the renter.
- Monitor and assist in the management of fans. Assure that fans are in appropriate areas and that they are respectful to the facilities and others at the event.
- Be visible to event participants.
- In the event of an emergency, do what is necessary to ensure the safety of all participants and spectators.
- Assist with teardown of athletic fields/game areas; put away and secure all equipment; ensure all spaces are locked.
Additionally:
- Be present and engage in Pinnacle functions and organizations to build strong relationships with students, parents, peers, and the community.
- Maintain and deepen current educational learning on an ongoing basis.
- Regular and timely attendance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Three (3) years of experience preferred in recreation or sports management or related field.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
