Compensation

Base: $24.00 at time of hire, $24.50 after 90 days of service

General Summary

The Security Surveillance Agent is tasked with monitoring and documenting suspicious activity, monitoring patterns of people in and around the building. The agent documents and bookmarks any incidents or injuries, making notes of the occurrence and circumstances around them.

Shift Schedule
  • Thurs.

    -Sat.: 6:30am-3:00pm
  • Sun.

    -Mon.: 2:30pm-11:00pm
  • Tues.

    -Wed.: OFF
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
  • Enter data into computer programs and use programs to gather data.
  • Use digital video recorders and offload video and photos from DVRs.
  • Write reports on activities seen and have good phone skills.
  • Operate all equipment in the surveillance room.
  • Document and bookmark any incidents or injuries, making notes of the occurrence and circumstances around them.
  • Monitor, document and identify any and all suspicious activity.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or GED; some college coursework in business courses preferred
  • Customer Service experience, preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience with computer related systems
  • Demonstrated computer literacy in word-processing and spreadsheet programs
Working Conditions

Position may require certifications by law and/or job assignment. Position requires long periods of sitting, occasional walking, climbing stairs, standing on cement floors, turning, stooping, bending, crouching, kneeling, reaching, pushing and pulling; may be subject to adverse working conditions, dust, grime, noise, fumes, wet floors, etc.; requires irregular and/or extended hours, including weekends, evening, and holidays, determined by event schedule and/or department need;

requires radio usage of a two-way hand-held radio.
