Job Description
As CRM Lead, Gaming you will be responsible for developing and implementing CRM strategies to drive customer engagement, retention, and loyalty for our online casino product. The salary range is $75,000 to $105,000 annually.
Responsibilities- Lead the planning and management of customer promotions and loyalty offers, reporting on campaigns and business performance.
- Manage CRM workflows from briefing to final delivery and reporting; collaborate with Marketing, Content, Design, Customer Support, and Product teams.
- Promote a data‑driven culture, applying A/B, MVT, and control testing and using insights to optimise future campaigns.
- Define and implement localized CRM strategies across key territories, delivering high‑standard campaign roadmaps timely.
- Establish and track KPI metrics to measure campaign success, using them to enhance customer lifetime value and adjust strategy.
- Oversee the bonus budget and engagement KPIs per territory, ensuring cost‑effective implementation of campaigns through data‑driven learning and testing.
- Lead monitoring and evaluation of campaigns with the CRM Analytics team, analyzing data, behaviors, and KPIs to identify opportunities.
- Present reports and insights to senior stakeholders, outlining impact, successes, challenges, and recommendations.
- Monitor industry best practices and competitor trends for relevant CRM plans.
- Liaise with key stakeholders and Marketing departments to maximize opportunities and align with department objectives.
- Experience in a CRM or marketing related role.
- Deep understanding of the online gaming industry, competitors, and experience managing CRM and promotions across gaming or sports book.
- Commercially minded, data literate with strong analytical skills and comfortable using raw data to draw conclusions.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Customer Data Platforms (e.g. Optimove) and/or Execution Platforms (Braze).
- Proven track record of delivering growth through promotion and retention strategies.
- Experience with planning, project management, execution and evaluation against target metrics.
- Results‑driven, iterative testing mindset.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines on own initiative and under pressure.
- Strong cross‑departmental relationship building and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Sound decision‑making skills and drive to see projects to completion.
