Event Operations Manager
Xexperience Hospitality (XPH)
Full-Time | Travel Required | Sports, Hospitality & Live Events
Xexperience Hospitality is growing, and we’re looking for an
Event Operations Manager who knows how to OWN an event from start to finish.
This isn’t a desk job.
We’re looking for an
operations and event rock star
who thrives in fast-moving environments, solves problems before they become problems, and takes pride in walking into an empty venue and turning it into an incredible fan experience.
From NFL tailgates and fan rallies to hospitality activations, watch parties, travel experiences, and major partner events—you’ll be one of the people responsible for making it all happen.
THE ROLE:OWN THE EVENT
When you’re assigned an event, you’re responsible for helping take it from planning to execution.
That includes:
- Event planning and pre-production
- Vendor sourcing and procurement
- Vendor negotiation and coordination
- Staffing and scheduling
- Venue coordination
- Equipment, rentals, signage, and supplies
- Food & beverage coordination
- Event setup and breakdown
- Run-of-show development and execution
- On-site event leadership
- Budget and P&L management
- Expense tracking and cost control
- Partner and sponsor coordination
- Troubleshooting in real time
- Post-event reconciliation and recap
Simply put:
Plan it. Build it. Run it. Crush it.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FORWe’re looking for someone who sees a problem and fixes it.
Someone who can manage vendors, lead a crew, watch a budget, communicate with partners, and still be the calmest person in the room when something changes two hours before doors open.
You may be a great fit if you:
- Have experience in live events, hospitality, sports, entertainment, festivals, restaurants, or experiential marketing
- Are highly organized but comfortable operating in controlled chaos
- Have strong vendor management and procurement skills
- Understand event budgets and basic P&L management
- Can confidently lead event staff and vendors
- Are comfortable negotiating and making decisions
- Communicate exceptionally well
- Take ownership instead of waiting for instructions
- Can travel frequently during peak event seasons
- Don’t mind early mornings, late nights, weekends, loading in, breaking down, or jumping in wherever needed
Ego doesn’t work here. Ownership does.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ONXPH produces and operates fan experiences throughout the country, including:
- NFL tailgates
- Pep rallies and takeover events
- College football experiences
- Watch parties
- Sponsorship activations
- Hospitality events
- Travel experiences
- Concert and entertainment events
- Large-scale partner activations
You’ll work directly with XPH leadership while helping build the operational systems that allow us to execute more events, in more markets, at a higher level.
THIS ROLE IS FOR A BUILDERWe’re growing quickly, which means we’re not looking for someone who needs every process handed to them.
We want someone who can help
create the process.
You’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of events and markets, improve how we operate, build vendor relationships, manage budgets, and grow into increasingly significant leadership responsibilities within XPH.
If you’re an
event operator who loves the rush of game day, takes pride in execution, and wants the responsibility of owning the event
, we want to hear from you.
Come help us build unforgettable experiences for fans across the country.
