We0re seeking an operator-minded Chief Financial Officer who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys being deeply involved in the business. You will be a true business partner who leads accounting and finance while actively improving operations, systems, processes, and decision-making across the company.

You0ll work closely with the CEO and leadership team to continue to scale the organization, build strong teams, and ensure financial clarity supports smart growth.

We are looking for a strategic and enthusiastic team leader, but one who is also entrepreneurially oriented and who has the ability to balance big-picture thinking with hands-on execution.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CFO
  • Lead all accounting and financial functions
  • Ensure accurate, timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Oversee cash flow management, assist with financing and banking relations
  • Implement and maintain strong internal controls
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement practical process improvements
  • Translate financial data into actionable insights to drive profitability
  • Support scalable systems, workflows, and tools as the company experiences rapid growth
  • Partner with the CEO on strategic planning and long-term growth initiatives
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing finance and accounting team
  • Set clear expectations, accountability, and development plans
  • Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS OF THE CFO
  • Bachelor 9s or Master 9s in Accounting.
  • CPA, CMA, or MBA is a plus
  • A combination of public accounting and industry experience is preferred
  • 15 plus years of financial management experience, with at least five years in a leadership role
  • Strong operational focus
  • Extensive process improvement skills
  • Outstanding leadership skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills, experience with Microsoft Dynamics/Great Plains a plus
  • Team player

Target salary range: $200,000 $ 250,000+ DOE. Discretionary bonus potential. Future ownership opportunities. Other benefits include a comprehensive health benefits package, 401(k), profit sharing, deferred comp, and more.
