Junior Accountant

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our Finance team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their accounting career who’s eager to build a strong foundation in accounting operations while working alongside an experienced Controller in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

• Collect and process client payments accurately and efficiently
• Perform daily bank reconciliations and transaction matching
• Support monthly and ad hoc financial reporting
• Assist with financial analysis and process improvement initiatives as needed

• Strong financial and accounting fundamentals
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Comfort working with accounting software and financial systems

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• Entry-level role — ideal for recent graduates or those early in their career

• Ability to work at a desk and computer for extended periods
• Extended screen time may cause visual strain
• Occasionally may be required to lift office materials up to 25 lbs
