We are looking for a Commercial Real Estate Acquisitions Associate or Analyst to join our team.
This role offers exposure to both private equity and credit transactions
, providing a broad view of the commercial real estate market.
- Analyze and underwrite commercial real estate opportunities across office, industrial, retail, and multifamily sectors
- Conduct market research and due diligence
- Build financial models and prepare investment memoranda
- Support senior team members on deal execution and portfolio management
- 1–5 years of experience in commercial real estate, investment banking, private equity, or credit
- Strong analytical, modeling, and Excel skills
- Detail-oriented and able to work in a collaborative team environment
